General Manager

Overview

As a General Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a company or organization. You'll be in charge of managing teams, setting goals, making strategic decisions, and ensuring the success of the business. It's a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic plans which aligns with the overall business goals and objectives. • Leads and directs all aspects of the business operations including, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Finance. • Identifies and pursues opportunities for growth and expansion. • Manages resource effectively and ensures financial targets are achieved. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders. • Manages risk and ensures there is adequate preparation for any potential crisis. • Develops and implements strategic plans which aligns with the overall business goals and objectives. • Leads and directs all aspects of the business operations including, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Finance. Requirements

• A minimum of a Master Degree preferably Master of Business Administration or any related discipline. • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a senior management role preferably in an agro-chemical company. • Strategic thinker with the capability to translate business goals into initiatives. • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
