Overview

As an Administrative HR Assistant, you would provide crucial support to the HR department by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This may include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, managing schedules, and coordinating HR-related events.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and maintains personnel records • Helps with day-to-day HR operations • Organizes HR initiatives and records minutes or reports • Aids in the creation of payroll Maintains leave documentation • Oversees hotel and flight bookings • Appropriately responds to criticisms and complaints from staff • Creates reports on a regular basis • Any associated tasks that could be given

Requirements

• Proven relevant experience • Knowledge of the Labor Law • Excellent communication and organizational skills BSc.
