Overview

You will be in complete charge of expanding the company's market share and revenue streams throughout Africa's sales markets and distribution channels. To do this, you will develop strategic alliances with distributors, retail teams, e-commerce platforms, and stakeholders. You will be in charge of projects meant to reach a wider audience for sales, improve interactions with clients, and uphold the integrity of the brand. Proficiency in the African market, emerging brands, sales penetration, and opportunity identification are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Senior Management to promote business expansion throughout African channels and markets for sales. • Form strategic alliances with distributors, e-commerce platforms, retail teams, and stakeholders. • Take the lead in projects to increase revenue, improve client connections, and preserve brand integrity. • Create and put into action plans to improve the brand's standing in the African market. • Make use of your extensive understanding of the African market to spot prospects for expansion and market share. • In order to meet goals and objectives, supervise the sales and marketing plans' implementation. • Make informed decisions by examining consumer behavior, market trends, and rival activity. • Develop cooperative connections with both internal and external teams. • Keep an eye on and assess the sales channels' success, adjusting as necessary. • Maintain a high standard of luxury when representing the brand and engaging with customers.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Five years minimum of area sales experience with a proven track record of success. • A track record of success in comprehending African markets, consumer dynamics, and consumer behavior. • English fluency is a plus; knowledge of French is a plus. • Strong sense of strategy, financial management skills, and business savvy. • Results-oriented and experienced leader with a track record of building and inspiring a diverse sales team.
