Data Analyst

To expand our team, we are looking for a gifted and astute female data analyst. To support our consulting initiatives, the ideal applicant will be passionate about data-driven insights and have good analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, examine, and evaluate data to give clients insights they can use. • To address challenging business issues, create statistical analysis, algorithms, and data models. • To guarantee accuracy and consistency, clean up and preprocess the data. • Make informative and aesthetically pleasing dashboards, reports, and presentations. • Work together with consultants and clients to comprehend the goals and requirements of the project. • To successfully explain findings, use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Investigate and keep abreast of market developments as well as best practices for data analysis. • Support the creation and application of data-driven plans and solutions. • Analyze data to find areas where processes can be optimized and improved. • Give internal and external stakeholders your findings and suggestions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, data science, mathematics, or a similar discipline. • Solid background in data analysis, ideally gained in a business intelligence or consultancy capacity. • Strong command of Python, R, SQL, or other data analytic programming languages. • Familiarity with programs for data visualization like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. • Familiarity with statistical procedures and data analysis approaches. • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong ability to work with massive datasets and pay close attention to details. • Excellent communication and presenting skills. • Capacity to operate both individually and together in a group setting. • Applications from female candidates are encouraged
