Responsibilities

• Develop thorough marketing plans that complement Deseret's overarching objectives. You should also pinpoint target markets, examine industry trends, and select the best digital channels and outreach methods to use when interacting with prospective clients. • Producing interesting and pertinent material will advance our brand. This covers content creation for social media, videography, graphic design, and blog authoring. Content should communicate the brand's message and connect with the intended audience. • Must be proficient in SEM and SEO. Researching keywords, improving the page for search engines, creating links, and keeping an eye on algorithm changes are all part of this. • The ability to manage social media platforms is essential for creating and preserving a brand's online presence. To target particular demographics, develop social media strategies, make content calendars, interact with followers, and employ paid advertising. • Ought to examine information from multiple sources, including email campaign metrics, social media insights, and website analytics. Need to be able to evaluate marketing plans using this data and make wise decisions to maximize campaigns in the future.

Requirements

• HND in communications, marketing, or a similar sector. • Two years minimum of marketing experience, ideally in the training or education sector. • Competence with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and other social media sites. • Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking. • Creative thinker capable of coming up with original marketing concepts. • Outstanding multitasking and organizing skills. • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to understand metrics and data. • The capacity to function well both individually and in a group.
