Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote brands, engage with audiences, and drive business growth. Your main tasks will include creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring analytics, and interacting with followers. You'll also play a crucial role in building and maintaining brand reputation, staying up-to-date with social media trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create a social media plan that is in line with the objectives and target market of the business. • Organize and direct social media campaigns that highlight the company's initiatives and furniture designs. • Creation of content for websites that explains offerings and encourages visitors to become leads. • Creating digital content and sharing it on a range of social media sites, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and so forth. • Make sure the messaging for the brand is consistent. • Providing the Managing Director with metrics so they can assess the success of their social media marketing initiatives. • Interacting with followers, answering questions, and keeping an eye on comments and evaluations from clients. • Supervising the design of social media accounts, including bio sections, cover photographs, and profile pictures. • Take care of any IT-related problems.

Requirements

• Communication, content strategy, and social media marketing abilities • Abilities in social media optimization (SMO) • Outstanding ability to write (newsletters and blogs) • Excellent analytical abilities and data interpretation skills Solid campaign and platform management experience on social media • Proficiency with Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. • Acquaintance with analytics platforms and social media tools • Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices • Ability to think creatively and solve problems • It would be advantageous to have prior construction or real estate industry experience. • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline Qualified candidates should submit their CV and portfolio showcasing relevant works to hr@loncha.co
