Overview

To join our team and support the ongoing development and growth of the SIKOBS brand, we are looking for a proactive and adaptable Brand Growth and Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out strategic initiatives that will increase SIKOBS's revenue, client base, and brand recognition. • Plan and organize daily operations, such as reservations for travel, creating itineraries, handling customer complaints, and managing vendors, to guarantee smooth service and satisfied clients. • Work together with the marketing team to develop and carry out ideas, promotions, and campaigns targeted at drawing in and keeping consumers. • In order to reach goals and targets, give the sales team administrative support by managing client requests, generating leads, and tracking sales. • Establish and foster strategic alliances with travel agencies, academic institutions, and other interested parties in order to broaden SIKOBS's product offerings and penetrate new markets. • Throughout all touchpoints, keep an eye on and enhance the customer experience by responding to comments and making improvements to guarantee high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. • Evaluate operational and brand-growth projects' efficacy by analyzing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering frequent reports and insights to stakeholders. • Work together with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, finance, and customer service to coordinate efforts to accomplish shared goals. • Keep up with market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices to spot chances for innovation, brand optimization, and continual progress within SIKOBS.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Three years of experience in relevant positions, such as operations coordination or brand management. • Demonstrated ability to promote operational excellence and brand expansion. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. • Capacity to focus, multitask, and operate well in a fast-paced setting. • Proficiency with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
