Relationship Manager

Overview

To cultivate enduring relationships with our clients, we are seeking an extroverted relationship manager. In addition, the relationship manager's duties encompass searching for fresh company prospects, offering clients informed counsel, advising them on decisions, expeditiously addressing grievances, and guaranteeing client contentment.

Responsibilities

• They will be in charge of introducing potential customers to the company's offerings. • The individual will be in charge of properly profiling potential source deduction companies and introducing them to management for consideration. • Shall be in charge of submitting the applicant's information into Sycasane. • Ought to pay a visit to the client's workplace to avoid imitation. • They'll manage current clientele. • Will encourage loans for businesses. • Will keep an eye on the loans made to clients. • Should view the loan applicant's original documentation. • Will provide consumers with a loan repayment update. • Will make presentations to groups of workers in different firms as required. • Will compile information on sales activity every week. • Shall carry out any additional responsibilities that the Branch Manager may occasionally designate.

Requirements
