As a Regional Quality Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You'll oversee quality control processes, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvement initiatives across multiple locations. Your goal will be to maintain consistency and excellence in our operations.
• At every manufacturing location, put policies and processes in place and keep them up to date to guarantee adherence to industry rules and corporate standards. • Implement effective regional plans that are in line with company objectives. • Initiate and oversee projects for continual improvement to raise the caliber of your goods and services. • Work together with the site quality managers to determine the best practices and streamline procedures. • Work together with internal audit teams to make sure that the identified corrective actions are closed on time. • Make sure that competent workers are developed and trained in the area. • Work together with the supply chain, production, and regional operations teams to incorporate quality considerations into every step. • Track and examine statistics on client satisfaction and feedback. • Put action plans into place to resolve client complaints and raise general satisfaction. • Keep up with any modifications to local regulatory standards. • Compile and deliver reports on regional quality performance to top management on a regular basis. • Analyze data to find patterns, places for development, and chances for increased productivity.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a similar discipline (recommended). • Three to five years' minimum of experience in quality management, ideally working in a regional capacity. • A solid grasp of quality-related concepts and practices (such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing). • Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Competent with quality management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (preferred). • Language: Minimally proficient in French and fluent in English • Travel is anticipated to be mostly regional (20%). • The capacity to work a flexible schedule
