This is a paralegal position that is full-time and on-site. In addition to helping lawyers prepare legal documents, the paralegal's daily responsibilities may also involve performing legal research, interacting with clients and stakeholders, and reviewing documents.
• Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, such as contracts and briefs. • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases. • Organize and maintain case files, including documents, correspondence, and evidence. • Schedule meetings, appointments, and court hearings for attorneys. • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved. • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies. • Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and other materials for court proceedings. • Review and summarize legal documents, such as deposition transcripts and contracts. • Coordinate with external parties, such as expert witnesses and court reporters. • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Skills for preparing legal documents and law • Outstanding research, communication, and document review abilities • Strong time-management and organizing abilities • precision and meticulous attention to detail • A bachelor's degree in any field, including law, paralegal studies, or certificate/diploma • Working in a legal office or law company prior experience is advantageous. • Being knowledgeable with legal research software and instruments is advantageous.
