Responsibilities

• Planning and Strategy • Create a short- and long-term business and product roadmap. • Create and put into effect operating processes, policies, and short- and long-term goals and objectives. • Create and inspire a top-notch team for marketing, product development, and customer support. • In charge of all HR-related matters, employee benefit plans, and compensation • Create a financial strategy for the company. • Headship • Possess a vision and a leadership style that captivates others. • Public relations, such as speaking in public, using digital media, and advocating for technological entrepreneurship while standing in for the startup industry • Encourage a high-achieving, creative, and results-oriented organization • Management of Operations • Keep an eye on the company's finances, cash flow, budget, and operating plan. • Form strategic alliances with other businesses to accomplish the challenging user growth objectives. • Create a basic personnel policy, start and oversee personnel actions policies, and oversee training and professional development initiatives while leading an efficient and unified executive management team that includes all corporate people. • Make sure management and staff are aware of and committed to the company's goals and performance requirements. • Make sure the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory standards, as well as best practices when applicable, for both its operations. • Set, meet, and update investors on financial performance and milestones.

Requirements

• A college degree, ideally an MBA in finance or business administration • Must have at least five to ten years of past experience leading a new company's sales team, ideally in the financial services industry. • Outstanding interpersonal, managerial, negotiating, leadership, and problem-solving abilities • Possession of both strategic and practical problem-solving skills • Outstanding writing and spoken communication as well as presentation abilities • A well-known thought leader with a solid track record in the industry spearheading internal and external initiatives to advance the use of digital technology • Experience forming cooperative, inventive, and creative teams • Familiarity with the mobile money, payment, and remittance business ecosystem. • Familiarity with new and developing digital technologies, such as cloud, IoT. Robotic process automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
