The sales representative is in charge of approaching potential clients and closing deals on our goods and services. The ideal applicant will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, possess great sales ability, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine and screen possible leads via networking, cold calling, and recommendations. • Create and manage a lead pipeline to meet sales goals. • To successfully close transactions, respond to queries and concerns from customers. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and potential clients. • Assist clients individually to guarantee their pleasure and encourage return business. • Recognize the wants of your customers and suggest the right goods or services to satisfy them. • To ensure sales, haggle over terms, prices, and agreements with clients. • Close deals and meet allotted quotas and targets for sales. • Follow up with clients to guarantee prompt delivery of goods or services and payment. • Keep thorough records of all your sales operations, including correspondence with customers and actual sales.
