In order to reassure management and make sure that fraud and credit risk are appropriately managed at the branch level, the role holder will be employed by the Risk Department and will be in charge of monitoring compliance to controls at branches and head office.
• Choose client samples from the branch loan portfolio using the authorized approach. • Verify that branches have followed the policy when it comes to document archiving. • Make sure you have all the documentation needed for loan files. • Check for adherence to the KYC/CDD process. • Check in with clients to see if there were any malpractices committed during the loan origination process. • Make sure the portfolio was transferred in accordance with the authorized procedure. • Conduct desk controls and check in with branches regarding the DQC's recommendations' implementation. • Create a preliminary report outlining the results once the mission is over. • Participate in an inquiry as needed. • Participate in the e-cash expedition and generate a preliminary report. OTHER ASSIGNMENTS • Makes that the CRA Log file is finished as assigned. • Operational reports are sent punctually. • Important risk indicators are gathered on time and updated in the file.
• A bachelor's degree in addition to additional credentials. • Two (2) or more years of experience in a comparable position. • It is essential to be conversant with operational, financial, and quality assurance protocols and guidelines. • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to accurately and meticulously gather, arrange, evaluate, and distribute large volumes of information • Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities.
