In your capacity as a remote sales representative, you will be essential to closing deals and making sure that our customers' orders that they have placed on our online platforms are fulfilled. To guarantee that our clients' product orders are fulfilled smoothly, you will collaborate closely with our dispatch teams. Someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a remote work environment would be a great fit for this role.
• Find and seize fresh prospects for sales via a variety of channels, such as social media, email, and phone calls. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and future clients. • Present and demonstrate products to prospective customers. • Meet or surpass monthly income and sales targets. • Respond to questions and issues from customers with great customer service. • Work together to create campaigns and plans for sales with the marketing team. • Maintain thorough records of all sales transactions and interactions with customers. • Keep abreast with market developments, product advancements, and the competitive environment.
• Prior sales experience, ideally in e-commerce or a similar industry. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong negotiating and sales skills. • Self-driven and capable of working both remotely and autonomously. • It's essential to be proficient with various sales tools and CRM software, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. • A commitment to attaining objectives and a customer-focused mentality. • Dependable internet access and a functional home office configuration.
