As a Media Cooperation Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our media team. You'll assist with coordinating projects, managing schedules, and liaising with external partners. It's an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic media environment.
• Assist with daily account management, campaign creation, and execution. • Help the larger team by performing broad activities like finding and evaluating vendors, assisting with event preparation, and performing administrative work. • Administrative services such scheduling meetings, creating work packages, and compiling project reports. • Assist in the production of client presentations • Help cultivate a good rapport with publishers to guarantee greater offers and chances for clients • Help the team with financial management, including invoicing and reconciliation. • Within the parameters of your role, come up with ideas (process enhancements, etc.) and actively participate in the creation and refinement of concepts.
• While prior experience is not necessary, it is imperative to have a keen interest in digital media, influencers, big ideas, data analytics, emerging technologies, and social media. • You can communicate clearly both in writing and vocally. • You're very interested in social media, emerging technologies, data analytics, influencers, and digital media. • You perform best in a dynamic, fast-paced team. • Your enthusiasm toward learning is quite strong. • Your strategy is flexible and nimble. • A problem-solver and natural collaborator who has a love for serving others.
