To strategically lead category management initiatives, procurement transactions, and operational activities; to develop, implement, and oversee sourcing strategies in accordance with organization strategy; to achieve sourcing savings targets and process improvements targets; and to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
• Discussions, both official and informal, with upper management to support the implementation of organization strategic goals. • Provide feedback on the supply chain plan. • In charge of creating, recording, and carrying out the Division's extensive procurement procedure, which will promote profitability and cost savings. • Participation in the approval, execution, management, and budgetary preparation of the yearly purchase. • Taking part in the business unit's commercial development by identifying requirements, working with the manager to design the "best solution," and educating the clientele and consultant team in your field of expertise. • Create and put into effect buying charters, policies, procedures, and instructions for contract administration and purchasing. • Communicate with suppliers of raw materials, machinery, consumables, and other supplies, find them, and ascertain the availability, caliber, and conditions of the products. • Act as the company's representative while drafting supplier agreements and contract negotiations.
• Supply Chain or Purchasing/Procurement HND/BCom Degree. • Three to five years of experience managing both domestic and overseas suppliers in a strategic sourcing or procurement-related capacity. • It is essential to have prior forecasting, demand planning, and execution experience.
