Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies • Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity • Creating and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations • Negotiating contracts and closing deals • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, customer success) • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals • Developing and managing sales pipelines and funnels • Creating and executing account plans and customer success plans • Identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points • Communicating customer feedback and market insights to internal teams • Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
