Client Account Executive

Overview

Managing client connections and making sure digital marketing services are delivered successfully are the duties of a Client Account Executive. As our clients' main point of contact, you will get to know their needs and work with internal departments to make sure the project is completed successfully and the clients are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• As the primary point of contact for assigned customers, establish enduring and robust connections. • Recognize the goals and specifications of the client and convert them into workable assignments for internal teams. • In order to guarantee the prompt and excellent completion of client assignments, collaborate with internal departments such as the creative, content, and digital marketing teams. • Keep an eye on project deliverables and timeframes, and take proactive measures to spot and fix any problems or bottlenecks. • Provide customers with regular check-ins to discuss any issues or feedback they may have and to provide them updates on the status of the project. • Work together with the sales team to find chances for cross-selling and upselling in already-existing clientele. • Provide customers with frequent reports and presentations that highlight the ROI and effectiveness of their campaigns.

Requirements

• Shown expertise in account or client relationship management, ideally gained from work at a digital marketing firm. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with internal teams and clients in an efficient manner. • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to oversee several tasks at once. • Proven capacity to fulfill customer expectations in a high-pressure setting and produce outcomes. • Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office suite. • A proactive, solution-focused approach driven by a love of providing outstanding customer service.
