To join our team, we are looking for a proactive and energetic Front Desk and Client Services Officer. The ideal applicant will be in charge of efficiently promoting our homes, doing administrative duties, and offering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and new clients.
• As soon as guests arrive at the workplace, extend a warm greeting to them. • Point guests toward the right person or division. • Take calls, filter them, and send them on. • Make sure the reception area is organized and well-stocked with the required materials and stationery (such as pens, forms, and brochures). • Give clear, concise information both in person and over the phone or email. • Every day, collect, sort, and deliver mail and deliveries. • Uphold office security by adhering to safety protocols and managing entry through the reception area. • Purchase office supplies and maintain a stock list. • Make meeting and calendar updates. • Assist with other administrative duties (such as data entry, filing, and scanning) as required.
• A track record of success at a front desk, receptionist, or related position. • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite. • Practical knowledge of office supplies, such as printers and fax machines. • Professional demeanor and demeanor. • Strong verbal and writing communication abilities. • The capacity to respond pro-actively and creatively when problems emerge. • Excellent organizing skills. • The capacity for time management, multitasking, and job prioritization. • Approach toward customer service.
