Overview

For a competitive edge, oversee and direct the creation, introduction, and upkeep of digital channels. In order to fulfill the business promise, this involves managing the execution of digital channel strategies and helping to create appropriate objectives and product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that the company's online appearance is consistent throughout all channels, and that these channels are smoothly connected with all consumer contact points. • Oversee the transition of digital channels to promote self-care, user customization, and increased productivity. • Determine where there are chances for digital channels to engage consumers, raise NPS, and boost sales. • By working with all pertinent stakeholders to create strategies to expand digital subscriptions, use, and revenues, the Digital Channels department can meet demands and contribute to maintaining a competitive edge. • As the head of the Scrum team overseeing the product, propel the development of myMTN. • Assist the other teams in charge of such channels to promote the growth of the other digital channels. • Make a best-in-class roadmap and keep it updated for each channel in the Digital Apps portfolio. • Continuous comprehension and observation of market and customer trends for all items connected to digital. • Oversee the implementation of new features across all digital platforms, keep an eye on their lifespan, and, if needed, advise the business on how to proceed. • Manage the measurement and assessment of product quality and KPIs in collaboration with Insight, Analytics, and other pertinent departments. • KPIs and product performance are tracked every day so that actions may be taken to maintain the product's active base growth. • Provide a thorough grasp of market trends and needs based on your interactions with consumers and customer-facing teams inside

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or information technology/business administration. • Familiarity with managing and developing apps and websites • Certification as a Master or Product Owner Thought certification is advantageous • Five years of relevant experience managing a digital product's product, at least three of those years spent in a supervisory capacity. • Awareness of outside best practices for mobile and digital applications • Recognizing global trends and the commercial demands of the Ghanaian market • Interpretation of IT, technical systems, and architecture in project management. • Expertise in managing and developing apps and websites • Scrum Technique and Agile Principles • The ability to use online reporting tools like Google Data Studio and Analytics. • Management of Stakeholder Relations
