In this position, you will be in charge of responding to questions from clients who are interested in buying our products, both present and prospective. You'll also be crucial in helping the sales team close deals and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Answering Inbound Leads: You will be contacted by prospective clients who want to know more about purchasing any of the phones in our current lineup. • Conversation objectives: You will make sure the campaign meets its targets for conversions and growth to support our company's expansion. • Quality objectives: You'll make sure the phone calls adhere to the established criteria for quality. • Conversation time objectives: In order to optimize productivity, you will comply with anticipated conversation time benchmarks.
• Qualifications: Hold a higher level academic qualification, such as a certificate or diploma. • Possess prior experience working in the contact center or BPO sectors. • Proficiency in sales, communication, persuasion, and using Microsoft Office and Outlook are essential skills. • Qualities: Demonstrate qualities like self-motivation, result-orienteers, and high moral standards.
