Overview

To fill the position of Administrative and Marketing Executive, we are looking for someone who is well organized and focused on marketing. You will be a vital member of our team, leading our marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance to the company. Your outstanding attention to detail, marketing know-how, and communication abilities will boost our brand, expand our business, and create a great work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the organization administratively by handling spreadsheets, databases, and records. • Making travel, appointment, and meeting schedules • Answering questions from clients and returning calls and emails • Take the lead in marketing initiatives, such as: • Putting marketing efforts into action • Composing and planning posts for social media • Daily outreach for marketing using social media, email, and phone • Performance reporting • Additionally, you will plan and manage internal initiatives like: • Events and festivities held by the company • Workshops and training sessions • Team-building exercises and projects • As needed, do bookkeeping, data entry, and other administrative duties. Create and execute effective administrative policies and procedures. • Sustain a high degree of client loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in marketing, administration, or a similar profession. • Competence with Microsoft Office, especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Outstanding time-management, organizing, and communication abilities. • The capacity to adjust to shifting objectives and function in a fast-paced workplace. • Good understanding of current marketing trends and strong marketing abilities. • Familiarity with social media administration. • An associate's or bachelor's degree is desired, but a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary.
