A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy in an HR firm.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. • Manage and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement digital content strategies and ensure they align with overall business objectives. • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality, engaging content and campaigns. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, including new platforms, technologies, and techniques. • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering the desired results. • Manage website content and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Proven work experience as a digital marketing executive • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and platforms • Experience in managing SEO, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing campaigns • Proven ability to deliver measurable results and achieve targets • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media ad platforms • Experience with web content management systems
