Overview

Throughout the project lifecycle, this function is in charge of managing and maintaining the requirements through coordination and communication with the delivery consultants.

Responsibilities

Delivery Positions. • Requirements management: Tests, monitors, and maintains system requirements using the best techniques and resources available. • Executes test scripts under supervision in quality assurance. Comprehends the function of testing and its methodology in the creation of systems. • Delivery Products: Tools and Documentation: Aids in putting suggested fixes into practice. Helps with the creation of training manuals, test scenarios, issue resolution templates, and requirements documentation. • Delivery Issues Management: Recognizes and comprehends incident management and service support in order to ensure that items are constructed efficiently. Record problems and dangers related to your job. • Configuration Management: Supports the application's configuration during its implementation. • Delivery Jobs. HR Positions. • Take the initiative and assume accountability for your own personal development. • Participate in the performance management process, which include formal sessions, weekly meetings, surveys, one-on-one conversations, 360-degree feedback, and retrospectives. • Promotes a creative culture • Takes part in the creation of the personal development plan • Help interns while they're completing their internship. Other roles • Participate in team activities that depend on your skills to deliver value and ensure team and personal growth as part of a team-based structure that is focused on delivering value to the client through an agile approach. • When called upon and as part of your professional development, fill in as an acting colleague for absent colleagues.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or information technology • Certification in software business analysis or information technology. • It will be advantageous to have accounting and/or insurance knowledge. • Knowledge of software development processes • Knowledge of business process modeling • Demonstrated aptitude at creating requirements, designing, setting up, and testing software • Having prior Insurance Suite experience will be beneficial. • Appropriate abilities determined via evaluation.
